Paul founded Arbolus Capital to build businesses designed for the long run rather than a quick exit. His background is in building operating teams from the ground up, and his approach favors direct involvement over passive ownership. He works closely with the operators inside each business, treating governance as a way to help good teams move faster, not slow them down.
